Marlowe Green started out as a realtor in his hometown of Jackson, Mississippi. His knack for matching people with the home of their dreams earned him several commendations in the field. However, his real passion was design, so he began offering design services to many of his clients. It would not be long before the demand for Marlowe’s design expertise would outgrow his home buyers list. It was at that time that Marlowe decided that it was time to establish Marlowe Designs Corporation. Marlowe Designs quickly began to expand its reach throughout the Gulf Coast area to Texas where its current showroom is located. But despite the rapid growth in the design area of the business, Marlowe remains active in real estate and continues to develop new services in the areas of structural renovation and hand-built custom furniture. Today, Marlowe Designs’ client list spans the country and has designed homes, businesses, churches and even hotel resorts.“Awards should not be used as pedestals, but as

Marlowe Designs has won several awards for design, but one of its most significant was the Best Overall Design award in Houston, TX. It was one of the first awards earned away from Jackson, Mississippi and one that established Marlowe Designs as a premier design company in the country.
